Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy of RKBTA by Renuka Krishna, a unit of M/S Shree Kamadgiri Enterprises Pvt Ltd. We kindly ask that all clients read, understand, and respect the policies outlined below. They are in place to ensure a seamless, safe, and high-quality experience for every guest.

1. Booking Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online through our official website. If you encounter any issues while booking, feel free to WhatsApp us at +91 9891227227 for assistance.

  • For Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) procedures, only the consultation can be booked online.

  • For skin services, only the RKBTA Repair & Restore Facial (our most customizable base facial) is available for online booking.

  • Lash Lift appointments can also be booked online.

Bridal makeup appointments and other services are booked by request only via WhatsApp.

2. Consultation Policy for Semi-Permanent Makeup

We require an in-person consultation for all SPMU procedures, including:

  • Microblading (Natural, hair-like strokes)

  • Ombre Powder Brows

  • Combination Microblading & Shading

  • Combination Nanoblading & Shading

  • Nanoblading

  • Lip Blush Tattoo

  • Dark Lip Correction

 

This consultation allows us to assess your skin type, undertone, healing response, and comfort level. Every face is unique, and this essential step ensures safe, skilled, and personalised service.

  • Consultation Fee: ₹2,500

  • This fee will be adjusted toward your procedure cost if the treatment is performed within 30 days of the consultation.

  • One-time rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed consultations or medical contradictions discovered during your visit will result in deposit forfeiture.

 

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your service.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is kept private and secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share it with:

  • Trusted service providers (e.g., booking software, payment processors)

  • Our internal team and educators for operational purposes

  • Government or legal authorities when required by law

All such parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept:

    • Major Debit/Credit Cards

    • UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)

    • Cash (as per RBI guidelines)

  • GST at 18% is applicable on all service and consultation prices.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refunds & Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable, under all circumstances.

  • No refunds are offered for any services rendered.

  • If you do not show up or fail to notify us about cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • A new deposit will be required to book again.

  • If you reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit remains valid (one-time only).

6. Touch-Ups & Results

  • Some procedures include a complimentary touch-up, which must be taken within 43 to 61 days of your initial session. After this window, a fee will apply.

  • Annual maintenance touch-ups are chargeable.

  • Healing and results vary by individual. Factors like lifestyle, skin type, metabolism, aftercare, and immune response can affect your outcome.

  • No specific result or color is guaranteed—especially in cases of dark/cool-toned lips or old tattoo cover-ups.

  • Photos and videos on our website are real and unedited, but results will always be unique to each individual.

7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you are running late, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9891227227 or DM on Instagram @renukakrishnaartistry.

  • Arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notice will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.

  • Clients who fail to show up without prior intimation will forfeit their deposit, and a new booking will require repayment.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service in the following situations:

  • The client appears indecisive, impulsive, or emotionally unready

  • The client is uninformed about the procedure, its risks, or outcomes

  • Health contradictions are discovered that deem the treatment unsafe

In such cases, deposits are forfeited. A new deposit will be required if rebooking is permitted.

9. Reminder

We may update this Policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. All updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. 

  • We operate strictly by appointment only.

  • In consideration of our environment and fellow clients, we kindly request you not to bring children or additional guests to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Clients are responsible for reading and understanding all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Procedure Information, and Booking Policy prior to confirming their appointment.
