Welcome to RKBTA by Renuka Krishna. By booking a service with us, visiting our premises, or using our website and communication platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any appointment or purchase.

1. Company Details

RKBTA is a unit of M/S Shree Kamadgiri Enterprises Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi, India. All services, courses, and transactions are governed under applicable Indian law.

2. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked via our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9891227227. Bridal makeup appointments are by request only.
For all Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) procedures — including but not limited to Microblading, Nanoblading, Machine Hairstrokes, Ombre Powder Brows, Combination Brows, Lip Tattoo, Dark Lip Correction, Eyeliner Tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, and Eyebrow Micropigmentation — only consultation appointments can be booked initially.
The consultation fee for these procedures will be adjusted towards the total cost of the service only if the procedure is completed within 30 days of the consultation.
A non-refundable deposit of ₹2,500 is required for all consultations related to SPMU procedures.
Eyelash Lift and Eyebrow Lamination can be booked directly online. In cases where a patch test is necessary, a consultation will be scheduled first.
For skin treatments, only the RKBTA Repair and Restore Facial ©️ can be booked online. This is the foundational facial created by Renuka Krishna to address modern skin concerns such as enlarged pores, acne, dullness, early signs of ageing, uneven tone, and inflammation, while boosting cell renewal, collagen production, and promoting lymphatic drainage.
Based on this initial facial, a personalized skin treatment plan may be recommended combining advanced procedures as per your unique skin needs.

3. Pricing & Payments

Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, NEFT, and Leading Bank Cards.
No refunds are issued for any services or training sessions.
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Touch-Ups & Results

Some procedures may include one complimentary touch-up. Please confirm in advance.
Touch-ups beyond the first session are charged separately and vary depending on the procedure.
Results are not guaranteed and vary based on skin type, healing, lifestyle, and individual response.
Desired results may require multiple sessions, especially for dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin, or cover-ups.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit, unsure, indecisive, or impulsive.
If a client breaches our policies or appears with any contraindications not disclosed in advance, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must come solo to their appointment. No additional guests are allowed (Covid-19).
Please bring only essential items (e.g., keys, wallet). Leave other belongings in your vehicle.
It is your responsibility to read through our website, FAQs, pricing, and aftercare before booking.

8. Training Courses

All training fees are non-refundable.
Full payment is due before the course start date.
Attendance is mandatory for certification. No-shows or early departures will forfeit course fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, branding, and training materials are the intellectual property of RKBTA or licensed appropriately and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
